Click on Maharashtra Right to Public Services Act to start applying for a property card in Pune.
Navigate to the RTS (Right to Services) section.
Now, create your profile by clicking on ‘Register’ to proceed with the application procedure for property services. Provide a user ID and password on UID verification or uploading complete details. On getting redirected to the online application form, fill it out with relevant details.
On completing registration, use the username password to log in to the portal. Choose the revenue department from the left bar.
Navigate to the sub-department tab and choose the land record department.
On the list that will appear, choose the option to issue property card’s certified copy and click on ‘Proceed’.
Now enter personal details like applicant’s name, address, mobile number, KYC details and more. Enter district, taluk and village information. Also, choose the city survey office name.
Feed final plot number, enquiry register extract, mutation number, office order date, number of copies of property card, city survey number and more.
Click on submit button and get your application number saved successfully.
Upload necessary documents like ID proof, signature and photo and click on ‘Submit’.
You will be redirected to a page with the fee details; select confirm to initiate payment.
After the transaction, you can see all the details displayed on the screen. Finally, you can see your name on the Revenue Department property card on the home page.
Alternatively, you can also apply for a property card in-person by visiting the Land Record Department’s office in Maharashtra, filling out the application form, and attaching necessary documents. After successfully verifying the application form, your property card licence will be issued by the concerned authority. The authority will send the certified copy of the property card to the Pune Suburban District.
It is imperative to note that you have to keep City Title Survey number (CTS) handy while applying for a property card in Pune.
