You can use the Navi SIP Calculator to get a better understanding of the returns that you could get on mutual fund investments you have made through SIPs. This easy-to-use online calculator is extremely easy-to-use and intuitive.

Once done, you would be able to view estimated returns via your SIP investments in a matter of seconds.

What is the Formula to Calculate SIP?

The online SIP calculator works on the following formula:

M = P x ({[1 + i] n-1}/i ) x (1 + i) where,

Where the variables indicate the following:
M = the amount you will receive on maturity
n = the number of payments you have made
P = the amount you have invested at regular intervals
i = the periodic interest rate

For example, let’s say your monthly SIP investment is ₹10,000, the expected rate of return is 12% and your investment tenure is 10 years. Upon using the above formula, your estimated returns on your investment would be ₹11,23,391. So, on a ₹12 lakh investment, you would get ₹23,23,391.
