Follow these steps to get the necessary information:
Go to the TIN-NSDL PAN Card Portal to start the procedure.
In order to know the status of your PAN application, under ‘Application Type’, you need to select the ‘PAN – New/ Change Request’ option.
Next, you have to provide the 15-digit acknowledgement number you received after submitting your PAN card application.
For verification purposes, the process also requires you to submit the security code. Since these characters are case sensitive, make sure you are providing accurate details.

Go to the ‘Track Consignment’ page. Here, you need to submit the consignment number first.
