Remember to include your PAN in the form; just check the box next to your name.

After verification, use the “Submit” button.
To complete your request’s processing, pay now. You have several payment options: cash cards, debit/credit cards, and net banking.
Once the transaction has been successfully completed, print the PAN application form by downloading it.
