In case you are not sure whether your Aadhaar number has been linked with your bank account, you can also use UIDAI’s website to check the same. The process involves the below-mentioned steps:
Go to the online portal of UIDAI
Hover on ‘My Aadhaar’. A dropdown menu will appear. Under ‘Aadhaar Services’ click on the ‘Check Aadhaar/ Bank Linking Status’ option.
You will be redirected to another page. Enter your 12-digit Aadhaar number and the security code. Next, click on ‘Send OTP’’ to receive a one-time password on your phone number.
Enter the correct OTP to log in. Here, you will get to see the bank account and Aadhaar linking status.
