To submit the Aadhaar correction form online, you need to have your mobile number linked with your Aadhaar. Here are the steps you have to follow:
Visit UIDAI’s official website.
Now, enter your Aadhaar number and the provided captcha.

Provide this OTP you receive on your registered mobile number and select the ‘Login’ option.
On the next page, two options are available. You can update your address via Address Proof. Alternatively, you can choose to update your Address using a secret code. You can use the second option if you possess an Address Validation Letter. That said, keep in mind that the UIDAI has suspended the service of changing addresses in Aadhaar through the Address Validation Letter till further orders.
When you choose the first option, your current address will appear along with an option to provide the new address.
Once you have given the necessary details, click on ‘Preview’.
Now, upload the scanned image of the original proof of address document.
After you upload this scanned copy, you will get an Update Request Number. You can use this number to track your Aadhaar card correction status.

Here’s how you can submit an Aadhaar correction request offline through any Aadhaar Enrolment Centre:
