If the Borrower is not satisfied with the response received from the support team, the Borrower may contact the NFPL’s Grievance Redressal Officer’s mailbox below. The NFPL Grievance Redressal Officer shall undertake to resolve the grievance within a period of 7 (seven) working days from the date of receipt of grievance from the Borrower.

If you are not satisfied with the response received from the NFPL Grievance Redressal Officer and wish to raise the issue with a principal officer of the Lender, please send an email to the below stated mailbox of the Lender’s Nodal Grievance Redressal Officer. The Lender’s Nodal Grievance Redressal Officer shall undertake to resolve the grievance within a period of 7 (seven) working days from the date of receipt of grievance from the Borrower.

Escalation to Ombudsman
If compliant remains unresolved for 30 (thirty) days, or if dissatisfied with the response given, the Borrower may escalate to RBI Complaints portal at

Borrowers may write to the Centralised Receipt and Processing Centre set up by the RBI under the RBI - Integrated Ombudsman Scheme, 2021 - at ‘Centralised Receipt and Processing Centre’, 4th Floor, Reserve Bank of India, Sector -17, Central Vista, Chandigarh - 160017.
