Sachin Bansal is the Chairman and Executive Director of our Company. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi. At Navi, he focuses on long-term strategy, technology, and building scalable operating systems across financial services. Under his leadership, the Company has built an integrated financial platform with a mission to simplify finance for a billion Indians through simple, affordable and accessible financial services.

Prior to founding Navi in 2018, Sachin co-founded Flipkart and served as its Chief Executive Officer, playing a key role in building one of India’s largest technology companies. He is widely renowned for playing a pivotal role in shaping the consumer internet ecosystem in India and has been instrumental in catalysing the startup and investment landscape.

Rajiv Naresh is the Managing Director & Chief Executive Director (CEO) of our Company. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from University College London and a Bachelor of Arts (English Honours) from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi University. Rajiv has been part of the Navi Group since 2019 and occupied multiple roles across the group. He served as the Managing Director (MD) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Navi AMC Limited from March 1, 2023 till February 13, 2025. Prior to joining Navi, Rajiv was a corporate lawyer at MD&T Partners, a full- service law firm based in Bengaluru. In this capacity, Rajiv advised companies in India and abroad on PE/VC/M&A transactions, TMT (technology, media, and telecommunications), and general corporate matters. He represented market-leading clients in multimillion-dollar transactions and worked closely with leading startups in the health-tech, fintech, e-commerce, and ed-tech sectors.

Ankit Agarwal is the Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science and engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and a master’s degree in management from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He was previously associated with Bank of America as a director in global banking and markets. He was also associated with Deutsche Bank AG as their vice president

Chanchal Kumar is the Company Secretary of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Delhi University. He is a chartered accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a company secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He is a certified associate of the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance. He was previously associated with Ver Se Innovation Private Limited, Ujjivan Small Finance Bank, Yes Bank, GE Capital Services India, ICICI Bank Limited and Anand Corporate Services Limited.

Varun Kaushik is the Chief Information Security Officer of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering in Electronics and Communication and is a certified Lead Auditor for ISO 27001 and PCI DSS CPISI professional. He has nearly 18 years of experience in information security governance, risk management, compliance, audit management and security operations. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with Games24x7 as Senior Manager – Information Security, leading governance, risk, and compliance initiatives. Earlier, he was associated with Fidelity International as Technical Manager – Information Security, supporting information security governance and risk management across Europe and Asia. He has also held information security and technology roles at ITC Infotech, CSC India, Dell Perot and HCL Technologies.
