However, if you miss the due date for the monthly premium due to any unforeseen reason, Navi will provide you with a grace period of 15 days. You will not get coverage within the grace period. Your policy will lapse If you cannot pay within the grace period.

If you or any of your family members get admitted to a non-network hospital, you have to raise a request for a reimbursement claim. If you are unsatisfied with the policy coverage or want to opt for any other policy, you can surely cancel it after purchase. You should always look for the one with maximum benefits. The refund process will initiate shortly, and all other essentials will be taken care of by Navi.
After buying a policy, you have to wait for a certain period of time, after which you can make claims or avail benefits. This timeline is the waiting period and varies with the insurance plan. For instance, a person applying with pre-existing medical conditions must wait longer than a person with no such criteria.
