Abhishek is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of our Company. He has over 15 years of experience across financial services, fintech, insurance, and retail, with expertise in business strategy, operations, customer experience, and organisational growth. He has been associated with the Navi Group since its inception in 2019 and previously served as Vice President – Strategy and Business Operations at Navi Finserv Limited, overseeing key functions including collections, customer experience, KYC, and operations. He has also held leadership positions at Navi Limited and Navi General Insurance Limited. Earlier in his career, he co-founded and served as Chief Executive Officer of Treemendous.in and was associated with BankBazaar.com as Vice President.

Hina Doon is the Chief Compliance Officer of our Company. She holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws (B.A. LL.B. Hons.) degree from the National Academy of Legal Studies and Research (NALSAR) University of Law, Hyderabad, and has also studied law at the University of Western Ontario, Canada. She has over 16 years of professional experience in legal advisory, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, commercial litigation and competition law. She was previously associated with Amazon India as Senior Corporate Counsel and Corporate Counsel, Luthra & Luthra Law Offices as Managing Associate, Senior Associate and Associate, and the Supreme Court of India as Judicial Clerk and Research Assistant to Hon’ble Justice D. K. Jain.

Mahima Gautam is the Chief Financial Officer of our Company. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Sri Venkateswara College and is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She has over 13 years of experience in finance, taxation and commercial functions, with expertise in corporate taxation, regulatory compliance and international tax planning. She was previously associated with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), Dhruva Advisors LLP, Nestlé and KPMG.

Chanchal Kumar is the Company Secretary of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Delhi University. He is a chartered accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a company secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He is a certified associate of the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance. He was previously associated with Ver Se Innovation Private Limited, Ujjivan Small Finance Bank, Yes Bank, GE Capital Services India, ICICI Bank Limited and Anand Corporate Services Limited.

Aby George Eapen is the Chief Risk Officer of our Company. He studied Economics at St. Stephen’s College, Delhi, and holds a certification in Sustainability and Climate Risk from the Global Association of Risk Professionals. He has professional experience in risk management across the financial services sector, including credit risk, enterprise risk management, fraud prevention and risk governance. At Navi, he oversees risk management activities relating to the Company’s lending operations.

Naseem Halder is the Chief Information Security Officer of our Company. He holds a master’s degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Amity University, Noida, and a Master of Business Administration in Project Management from Sikkim Manipal University. He is a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) and has over a decade of experience in information security, cybersecurity, IT governance and regulatory compliance. He was previously associated with Slice as Head of IT, Cyber Security and Compliance, ACKO General Insurance as Chief Technology Officer and Chief Information Security Officer, Tata Insights and Quants, and Happiest Minds Technologies.

Mukesh Kumar is the Chief Technology Officer of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Technology (B.Tech) in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. He has over 15 years of experience in engineering leadership, software development, system architecture and technology strategy across the fintech and e-commerce sectors. He was previously associated with Flipkart, where he held various leadership positions, including Senior Engineering Manager, Engineering Manager and Tech Lead. He has also been associated with LookSmart, Syncapse, One97 Communications Limited and Magma Design Automation.

Aman Rakesh Milwani is the Head of Internal Audit of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounts and Finance from Smt. Mithibai Motiram Kundnani College of Commerce and Economics. He is a Chartered Accountant, a certified Financial Risk Manager from the Global Association of Risk Professionals and a CFA Charterholder from the CFA Institute. He has over 10 years of experience in internal audit, financial risk management and consulting across the financial services and banking sectors. He was previously associated with JPMorgan Chase & Co., EY, Aneja Associates and Milwani Associates.

Arshdeep Kaur is the Head of Human Resources of our Company. She holds a postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management from XLRI – Xavier School of Management, Jamshedpur, and a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College, Ludhiana. She has over 10 years of experience in human resource management, HR business partnering, talent acquisition, performance management and organisational development across diverse industries. She was previously associated with DealShare as Associate Director – HRBP and Talent Acquisition (Tech & Product), Udaan in the Performance and Rewards function, JSW Energy as Senior Manager – Talent Management and Employee Engagement, and Tata Steel as an HR Business Partner.

Sugandha Ghai is the Head of Operations of our Company. She holds a postgraduate degree in Insurance from Amity University, Noida. She has held various leadership roles within the Navi Group, including Head of Collections and Head of Customer Experience, where she contributed to operational excellence, process optimisation and customer retention initiatives. Prior to joining Navi, she was associated with Tata AIG as Head of Retail Operations, where she led branch operations and strategic initiatives relating to customer experience. She has experience in operations management, process optimisation and organisational transformation.

Mahak Kamal Khabia is the Head of Investment of our Company. He holds a postgraduate qualification from N. L. Dalmia Institute of Management Studies and Research and is a certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM). He has over 17 years of professional experience in treasury management, fixed-income investments, debt markets and capital markets. He was previously associated with SBI Mutual Fund as Fund Manager, STCI Primary Dealer Limited as Assistant Vice President and Edelweiss Capital Limited as Associate.
