Sachin Bansal is the Non-Executive Chairman of our Company. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi. At Navi, he focuses on long-term strategy, technology, and building scalable operating systems across financial services. Under his leadership, the Company has built an integrated financial platform with a mission to simplify finance for a billion Indians through simple, affordable and accessible financial services.

Prior to founding Navi in 2018, Sachin co-founded Flipkart and served as its Chief Executive Officer, playing a key role in building one of India’s largest technology companies. He is widely renowned for playing a pivotal role in shaping the consumer internet ecosystem in India and has been instrumental in catalysing the startup and investment landscape.

Ankit Agarwal is a Non-Executive Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science and engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and a master’s degree in management from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He was previously associated with Bank of America as a director in global banking and markets. He was also associated with Deutsche Bank AG as their vice president.

Nilufer Panthaki is an Independent Director of our Company. She holds an MBA in Marketing from Sydenham College of Management Studies, Mumbai, and has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry across banking, NBFCs, and fintech platforms. Her expertise includes retail banking, product development, business strategy, digital transformation, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Previously, she held senior leadership positions at Groww as Head of Banking, Federal Bank as Country Head – Retail Banking, Indostar Capital Finance as Product Head, and Standard Chartered Bank as Head – Retail Products, Analytics and Segments.

Ranganathan Sridharan is an Independent Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Madras and has extensive experience in banking, financial markets, and corporate governance. Previously, he was associated with the State Bank of India, Clearing Corporation of India Limited, Clearcorp Dealing Systems India Limited, Legal Entity Identifier India Limited, and State Bank Capital Markets Limited. He has also overseen the associate banks and non-banking subsidiaries of the State Bank of India and served on various committees constituted by the Reserve Bank of India and the Government of India, including those relating to foreign exchange markets, financial holding company structures, the National Small Savings Fund, and financial benchmarks.

Abhishek is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of our Company. He has over 15 years of experience across financial services, fintech, insurance, and retail, with expertise in business strategy, operations, customer experience, and organisational growth. He has been associated with the Navi Group since its inception in 2019 and previously served as Vice President – Strategy and Business Operations at Navi Finserv Limited, overseeing key functions including collections, customer experience, KYC, and operations. He has also held leadership positions at Navi Limited and Navi General Insurance Limited. Earlier in his career, he co-founded and served as Chief Executive Officer of Treemendous.in and was associated with BankBazaar.com as Vice President.

Ashwani Kumar is an Independent Director of our Company. He holds a postgraduate degree in Chemistry, is a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers, and is a Certified Mediator from the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs. He has over 37 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry, encompassing banking operations, administration, strategic management, and corporate governance. Previously, he served as Chairman and Managing Director of Dena Bank for five years and as Executive Director of Corporation Bank. He has also been associated with Allahabad Bank and served as Chairman of the Indian Banks’ Association. Additionally, he served as a Nominee Director on the Board of Life Insurance Corporation of India for approximately six years and has held directorships on the boards of various companies, contributing his expertise in banking, governance, and strategic oversight.

Arindam Ghosh is an Independent Director of our Company. He is a Chartered Accountant with over two decades of leadership experience in the financial services industry across India and the Asia-Pacific region, with expertise in asset management, wealth management, NBFCs, and fintech. Previously, he held senior leadership roles at Mirae Asset Global Investments, including as Director and Chief Executive Officer of its Indian mutual fund business, and at Fidelity Asia Pacific.
