Sachin Bansal is the Chairman and Non-Executive Director of our Company. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi. Currently, he is the Chairman and Executive Director Navi Limited. At Navi, he focuses on long-term strategy, technology, and building scalable operating systems across financial services. Under his leadership, the Company has built an integrated financial platform with a mission to simplify finance for a billion Indians through simple, affordable and accessible financial services.

Prior to founding Navi in 2018, Sachin co-founded Flipkart and served as its Chief Executive Officer, playing a key role in building one of India’s largest technology companies. He is widely renowned for playing a pivotal role in shaping the consumer internet ecosystem in India and has been instrumental in catalysing the startup and investment landscape.

Rajiv Naresh is the Vice Chairperson and Non-Executive Director of our Company. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from University College London and a Bachelor of Arts (English Honours) from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi University. Rajiv has been part of the Navi Group since 2019 and occupied multiple roles across the group. Currently, he is the Managing Director and CEO of Navi Limited. Previously, he served as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Navi AMC Limited from March 1, 2023 till February 13, 2025. Prior to joining Navi, Rajiv was a corporate lawyer at MD&T Partners, a full- service law firm based in Bengaluru. In this capacity, Rajiv advised companies in India and abroad on PE/VC/M&A transactions, TMT (technology, media, and telecommunications), and general corporate matters. He represented market-leading clients in multimillion-dollar transactions and worked closely with leading startups in the health-tech, fintech, e-commerce, and ed-tech sectors.

Vaibhav Goyal is the Managing Director and CEO of our Company. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Loyola College, Chennai, and is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Prior to his appointment as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, he served as the Business Head of the Company. He has been associated with the Navi Group since July 2019 and has held various leadership and strategic roles across the Group, including serving as Chief of Staff to the founder, Mr. Sachin Bansal, Business Head of Navi AMC Limited, and as a founding member of the Navi Group Treasury team. Before joining the Navi Group, he worked in the finance functions of Marico Limited and ITC Limited. He began his career as an Article Trainee at PwC.

Ankit Agarwal is the Non-Executive Director. He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science and engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and a master’s degree in management from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. Currently, he is the Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of Navi Limited. He was previously associated with Bank of America as a director in global banking and markets. He was also associated with Deutsche Bank AG as their vice president.

Nachiket Madhusudan Mor is an Independent Director of our Company. He holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) from Bombay University, Maharashtra, and Master of Arts (MA) and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degrees from the University of Pennsylvania. He also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (IIMA). He worked with ICICI in various capacities from 1987 to 2007 and retired from its Board as its Deputy Managing Director. From 2013 to 2018, he served, among others, as a member of the Central Board of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), the Eastern Regional Board of the RBI, and the Board of Directors of the National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD). From 2015 to 2019, he served as the India Country Director of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF). He is a Visiting Scientist at the Banyan Academy of Leadership in Mental Health and a Visiting Professor at the Indian School of Business. He serves on the Boards of, among others, Narayana Hrudayalaya, Dr Agarwal’s Healthcare, and Sukoon Health.

Rituparna Chakraborty is an Independent Director of our Company. She holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Banaras Hindu University, a master’s degree from Goa Institute of Management and has completed the Advanced Management Programme from Columbia Business School. She has also completed the ISB EY Executive Programme on Board Effectiveness. She has over 23 years of experience in business services, leadership, entrepreneurship and organisational development. She was previously associated with TeamLease Services as its Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder and helped build the company and take it to its initial public offering as India’s first listed business services company. She is currently associated with True Search as Partner, Regional Lead, India since July 2025

Ms. Alamelu TL is an Independent Director of our Company. She holds a postgraduate degree in History from Madras University and is an Associate of the Insurance Institute of India. She is a seasoned (re)insurance professional with over 40 years of experience in the Indian insurance industry. Over the course of her career, she has held several senior leadership roles across regulatory and operational domains. She served as a Whole Time Member of the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI) and later as Principal Advisor to the International Financial Services Centers Authority (IFSCA). In the direct insurance space, she held key leadership positions including Chairman and Managing Director of Agriculture Insurance Company of India Limited, Director and General Manager at The New India Assurance Company Limited, and General Manager at United India Insurance Company Limited. Ms. Alamelu currently serves as a member of the Standing Committee on Insurance at IFSCA, Member of Reinsurance Advisory Committee, IRDAI, and as Insurance Advisor to Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC)

Usha A Narayanan is an Independent Director of our Company. She holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Madras. She is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She has passed the professional program examination held by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She is a reputed leader with more than two decades of audit experience with Lovelock & Lewes Chartered Accountants LLP, a member firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers. She has previously been associated with the Bank of Baroda as a director and as a chairperson of the audit committee of Bank of Baroda.
