Sachin Bansal is the Non-Executive Chairman of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science and engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. He is the co-founder of Flipkart.

Ankit Agarwal is the Non- Executive Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science and engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and a master’s degree in management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He was previously associated with Bank of America as a director in global banking and markets. He was also associated with Deutsche Bank AG as their vice president.

Usha A Narayanan is an Independent Director of our Company. She holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Madras and an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She has passed the professional program examination held by the Indian Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She has more than two decades of audit experience with Lovelock & Lewes Chartered Accountants LLP, a member firm of Price water house Coopers, and was a partner in Lovelock & Lewes Chartered Accountants LLP for a period of 15 years. She has previously been associated with the Bank of Baroda as an independent director and as a chairperson of the audit committee.

Ranganathan Sridharan is an Independent Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Madras. He has previously been associated with the State Bank of India, Clearing Corporation of India Limited, Clearcorp Dealing Systems India Ltd, Legal Entity Identifier India Ltd, State Bank Capital Market Limited, overseen seven Associate Banks of SBI and all the non-banking subsidiaries, and as a member of committees set up by RBI and the Government of India, such as the Expert Group on Foreign Exchange Markets, Working Group on Introduction of Financial Holding Company Structure, Committee on Comprehensive Review of National Small Savings Fund, and Committee on Financial Benchmarks.

Arindam has over 2 decades of leadership experience in financial services in India and Asia-Pacific region across Asset Management, Wealth Management, NBFCs and Fintech. He has been associated with Alphaniti Fintech Pvt Ltd as Director & CEO, which is a Fintech company, engaged in building digital investment products and solutions across asset classes & geographies. Previously, Arindam was associated with Mirae Asset Global Investments as ‘Head of Asia Pacific Business’ based out of Hong Kong and subsequently as Director & CEO launched and established their Indian Mutual fund organization from inception. Prior to joining Mirae Asset, he was associated with Fidelity ( AP). During his association with Fidelity he covered the key markets in Asia Pacific region comprising of Japan, Australia, Hong Kong, Korea, Taiwan and Singapore. He has also been associated with the financial services industry through his career stints across leading domestic organizations including Tata and AV Birla Group.

Abhishek is a seasoned business leader with over 15 years of diverse experience spanning financial services, fintech, insurance, and retail. Known for his ability to scale businesses and drive profitability, he has played a pivotal role in the growth of the Navi Group since its inception in 2019. He currently serves as the CEO and Managing Director of Navi Finserv Limited, where he is spearheading the company’s strategic vision and business growth. Prior to this, he served as Vice President of Strategy & Business Operations at Navi Finserv, where he successfully led critical verticals including Collections, Customer Experience, KYC, and Operations. Abhishek has also held key leadership roles at Navi Technologies Limited and Navi General Insurance. Earlier in his career, he co-founded and served as CEO of Treemendous.in and was Vice President at BankBazaar.com, further enriching his entrepreneurial and operational expertise. With a proven track record of building high-performing teams and delivering business impact, Abhishek continues to shape the future of digital financial services in India.
